Role: Customer Support (Semi-Voice Process)
Salary: Up to 25K Take Home
Qualification: PUC and Above
Minimum 2+ Years Experience
Shift: Rotational Shift
5 Days Working (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
Location: ITPL Whitefield
Note: Quarterly Bonus and Attractive Incentives Available
Key Responsibilities:
Work flexible hours to meet customer needs across different time zones.
Provide consistent, quality support during a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Maintain work-life balance while managing rotating shifts.
Handle customer inquiries during varied hours, ensuring high levels of service at all times.
Preferred Skills:
Ability to adjust to rotating shifts and flexible hours.
Strong time management skills to ensure productivity while working different shifts.
Comfortable with occasional late-night shifts and weekend work.
