Job Description

Salary: Up to 25K Take Home
Qualification: PUC and Above
Minimum 2+ Years Experience
Shift: Rotational Shift
5 Days Working (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
Location: ITPL Whitefield
Note: Quarterly Bonus and Attractive Incentives Available

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and resolve customer issues quickly, providing prompt and accurate solutions.
Analyze customer concerns, identify root causes, and offer effective solutions.
Provide customers with troubleshooting steps and guide them through resolving their issues.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution.
Preferred Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quickly resolving customer issues.
Analytical thinking and attention to detail to identify problems and offer effective solutions.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle complex issues efficiently.
