Salary: Up to 25K Take Home
Qualification: PUC and Above
Minimum 2+ Years Experience
Shift: Rotational Shift
5 Days Working (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
Location: ITPL Whitefield
Note: Quarterly Bonus and Attractive Incentives Available
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clear, effective, and friendly support to customers via phone.
Communicate technical and product-related information in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
Maintain a positive tone during all interactions, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues with professionalism and clarity.
Preferred Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on active listening.
Ability to explain complex information in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers quickly
