Salary: Upto 24K Take home
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in a customer-facing or problem-solving role
Qualification: PUC and Above
Shift: Rotational Shift
Working Days: 5 Days (with 2 rotational offs)
Location: ITPL, Whitefield
Key Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle complex customer inquiries.
Ability to quickly identify issues and provide effective solutions.
Proven track record in resolving customer complaints and improving satisfaction.
Analytical thinking to troubleshoot and suggest corrective measures.
