Salary: Upto 24K Take home
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer support or similar roles
Qualification: PUC and Above
Shift: Rotational Shift
Working Days: 5 Days (with 2 rotational offs)
Location: ITPL, Whitefield
Key Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to convey information clearly and confidently to customers.
Effective listening skills to understand customer concerns and provide solutions.
Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
