Hiring for US Voice Process (Insurance)

Job Description

**Location:** Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, near Brookefield
**Shift:** 3 US Shifts (fixed)
– 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
– 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
– 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

**Work Days:** Monday – Friday (5 days)
**Week Offs:** Saturday and Sunday (fixed off)

**Salary:**
– 0 – 17 months experience: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 TH
– 18+ months experience: up to ₹30,000 TH
– Variable pay: up to ₹5,500

**Cab:**
– Near metro: Candidates will travel one way by metro (reimbursement provided) and the other way via free cabs.
– Other candidates: 2-way cabs provided.

**Interview Process:** 3 rounds

**Requirements:**
1. Graduates (No BE, BTech, or Master’s candidates)
2. Excellent English communication skills
3. Relevant experience
