We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our Medical Insurance – Voice Process team. As a part of this role, you will be responsible for handling customer queries related to medical insurance, assisting in claims processes, and providing effective solutions via voice support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a willingness to work in rotational shifts, including US shifts.
**Eligibility**:
– Freshers (Graduates and Undergraduates are welcome to apply)
– Good verbal communication skills
– Basic understanding of customer service or voice processes is an advantage
**Salary & Benefits**:
– *Annual Salary*: ₹2.35 LPA
– *Monthly Take-home*: ₹21,631
– Fixed weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)
– **Transport**: 2-way cab service for employees within an 18-20 km radius from the work location

– **Shift Timings**: US Shift (Night rotational)
– **Working Days**: 5 days a week, with Saturday & Sunday as fixed days off

3️⃣ **L3** – Voice & Accent (V&A) Round
4️⃣ **L4** – Operations Round
