Job Description

**📍 Location:**
Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, near Brookefield

**🕒 Shift Details:**
– Three fixed US shifts:
– 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
– 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
– 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

**📅 Work Schedule:**
– Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
– Fixed weekends off (Saturday and Sunday)

**💰 Salary Structure:**
– **0 – 17 months experience:** ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month
– **18+ months experience:** Up to ₹30,000 per month
– **Variable pay:** Up to ₹5,500

**🚖 Transportation:**
– Candidates near the metro: One-way travel reimbursement, with free cab service for the return trip.
– Other candidates: Two-way cab service provided.

**🔍 Interview Process:**
– Three rounds of interviews

**✅ Requirements:**
1) Graduates only (no BE, BTech, or Master’s candidates)
2) Excellent English communication skills
3) Relevant experience in voice processes
