US Voice Process (Insurance)

Job Description

**Location:** Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, near Brookefield

**Shift Details:**
– Three fixed US shifts available:
– 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
– 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
– 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

**Work Schedule:**
– Monday to Friday (5 days)
– Fixed weekends off (Saturday and Sunday)

**Compensation:**
– For 0 – 17 months of experience: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 Take Home
– For 18+ months of experience: up to ₹30,000 Take Home
– Variable pay: up to ₹5,500

**Transportation:**
– Candidates living near the metro will be reimbursed for one-way metro travel, with free cab service for the return trip.
– Other candidates will receive two-way cab service.

**Interview Process:**
– Consists of 3 rounds:
1. HR Interview
2. Versant Assessment
3. Operations Interview

**Requirements:**
1. Graduates only (No BE, BTech, or Master’s degrees)
2. Strong English communication skills
3. Relevant experience in a voice process
