**Job Overview:**
We are hiring Inside Sales Executives for the **Surgery Department**. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients through outbound calls, promoting and selling medical products related to surgery, and driving sales growth. Experience in **sales, telesales, or inside sales**, especially in **upselling**, is beneficial but not mandatory for this position.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Outbound calling:** Engage prospective clients and generate sales leads.
– **Product promotion:** Actively promote and explain surgical products/services to clients.
– **Client follow-ups:** Maintain communication with leads, answer inquiries, and provide updates.
– **Upselling:** Identify opportunities to upsell products to existing customers.
– **Sales targets:** Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
– **CRM management:** Accurately record all client interactions and sales activities.

**Eligibility Criteria:**
– **Languages:** Must be fluent in both **English** and **Hindi**.
– **Experience:** Any background in **sales, telesales, inside sales, or upselling** is helpful for success.
– **Freshers welcome:** No prior experience required.
– **Undergraduates:** Eligible to apply.

**Compensation:**
– **Freshers:** ₹3 LPA
– **Experienced Candidates:** Up to ₹5 LPA

**Work Schedule:**
– **6 days a week**, with **1 rotational off**.
– **Day shift** only.
