**Salary:**
– For both freshers and experienced candidates: ₹19,000 monthly take-home
– **Additional ₹15,000 as a retention bonus** upon completion of specific milestones

**Work Shifts:**
– Rotational shifts catering to US business hours (night shifts may apply) ????

**Eligibility:**
– Candidates with a PUC or higher qualification are eligible ????

**Work Schedule:**
– 5 working days per week ????️
– 2 rotational days off each week ????

**Transportation:**
– Complimentary 2-way cab service ???? (within a 25 km radius) ????

**Job Location:**
– Based in Marathahalli, Bengaluru
