**Location:**
Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, near Brookefield.

**Shift Timings:**
We have **3 fixed US shifts** available:
– **5:30 PM to 2:30 AM**
– **6:30 PM to 3:30 AM**
– **8:30 PM to 5:30 AM**

**Work Schedule:**
– **Monday to Friday** (5 working days per week)
– **Fixed weekends off:** Saturday and Sunday

**Salary Structure:**
– **For candidates with 0 to 17 months of experience:** ₹20,000 to ₹22,000 TH per month
– **For candidates with 18+ months of experience:** Up to ₹30,000 TH per month
– **Variable pay:** Up to ₹5,500 per month

**Transportation Details:**
– For candidates **near the metro**, the **one-way travel** will be covered via metro (with reimbursement), and **free cab service** will be provided for the return journey.
– For candidates **not near the metro**, **2-way cab service** will be provided.

**Interview Process:**
– **3 interview rounds**

**Required Qualifications:**
1. **Graduates** only (No BE, BTech, or Master’s candidates).
2. Strong **English communication skills** are essential.
3. **Experience** in the voice process or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
