**Job Description:**
We are hiring for a **US Voice Process** role in the **Insurance sector**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, providing assistance, and resolving inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Location:**
Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, near Brookefield.

**Shift Timings:**
We offer **3 fixed US shifts**:
– **5:30 PM – 2:30 AM**
– **6:30 PM – 3:30 AM**
– **8:30 PM – 5:30 AM**

**Work Schedule:**
– **Monday to Friday** (5 working days)
– **Saturday and Sunday** are fixed **weekends off**.

**Salary & Benefits:**
– **For candidates with 0 to 17 months of experience:** ₹20,000 to ₹22,000 TH
– **For candidates with 18+ months of experience:** Up to ₹30,000 TH
– **Variable Pay:** Up to ₹5,500 per month

**Transportation Benefits:**
– For candidates near the metro, **one-way metro travel** is reimbursed, and the return journey is provided by **free cab service**.
– For all other candidates, **2-way cab service** is provided.

**Interview Process:**
There will be **3 rounds of interviews**.

**Requirements:**
1. **Graduates** (No BE, BTech, or Master’s candidates).
2. **Excellent English communication** skills.
3. **Experience** in the US voice process is preferred but not mandatory.
