**Location:** Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, near Brookefield

**Job Description:**
We are seeking candidates for a US voice process in the insurance sector. The role involves handling customer inquiries and providing support through effective communication.

**Shift Details:**
– Three fixed US shifts available:
– 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
– 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
– 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

**Work Schedule:**
– Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
– Fixed weekends off (Saturday and Sunday)

**Salary Structure:**
– For candidates with 0 – 17 months of experience: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month
– For candidates with 18+ months of experience: Up to ₹30,000 per month
– Variable pay of up to ₹5,500

**Transportation:**
– Candidates near the metro will receive reimbursement for one-way travel, with free cab service for the return trip.
– For other candidates, two-way cab service is provided.

**Interview Process:**
– Three rounds of interviews

**Requirements:**
1) Graduates only (no BE, BTech, or Master’s candidates)
2) Excellent English communication skills
3) Relevant experience in voice processes
