**Position Overview:**
We are looking for a **detail-oriented Senior Operations Analyst** to join our **international insurance project** team. This position is open to **graduates and undergraduates** with excellent **English communication skills**, excluding candidates with **BE/BTEC** or any **postgraduate qualifications**. The ideal candidate will have a **strong analytical mindset** and a passion for **driving operational excellence**.

**Key Responsibilities:**

???? **Process Analysis:** Review and analyze operational workflows to uncover inefficiencies and propose improvements.
???? **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams to **implement best practices** and streamline operations.
???? **Reporting:** Create, analyze, and present detailed reports on **operational performance** metrics.
???? **Project Support:** Assist in project management to ensure **on-time delivery** and successful project completion.
????️ **Problem Solving:** Identify operational issues and develop **solutions** to improve service delivery.

**Requirements:**

???? **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or undergraduates (non-engineering, non-PG).
???? **Skills:** Strong **analytical and problem-solving abilities**.
???? **Communication:** Excellent **written and verbal communication** skills to effectively collaborate with teams.
???? **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** and **data analysis tools**.
???? **Experience:** Prior experience in the **insurance sector** is a plus but not mandatory.

**Compensation:**
???? **Salary up to 30,000 TH** (based on last withdrawn salary).

**Working Conditions:**

????️ **Work Schedule:** 5 days per week with **weekends off** (Saturday & Sunday).
???? **Transportation:** Provided both ways.

**Available Shifts:**

???? 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM
???? 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
???? 5:30 PM – 3:30 AM
???? 6:30 PM – 4:30 PM
???? 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
