**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a **detail-oriented** Senior Operations Analyst for our **international insurance project**. This role is suitable for **graduates and undergraduates** with **excellent English communication** skills, excluding those with **BE/BTEC** or any **postgraduate qualifications**. The ideal candidate will have a **strong analytical mindset** and a **passion for operational excellence**.

**Key Responsibilities:**

???? **Analyze operational processes** and workflows to identify efficiencies and improvements.
???? **Collaborate with cross-functional teams** to implement best practices.
???? **Prepare and present reports** on operational performance metrics.
???? **Support project management activities** to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
????️ **Troubleshoot operational issues** and develop solutions to enhance service delivery.

**Requirements:**

???? **Bachelor’s degree/undergraduates** (non-engineering, non-PG).
???? Strong **analytical and problem-solving skills**.
???? Excellent **communication and interpersonal abilities**.
???? **Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools**.
???? **Experience in the insurance sector** is a plus, but not mandatory.

**Compensation:**

???? Salary up to **30,000 TH** (based on last withdrawn salary).

**Working Conditions:**

????️ **5 days working** with fixed weekends off (**Saturday & Sunday**).
???? **Transportation provided both ways**.

**Available Shifts:**

???? 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM
???? 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
???? 5:30 PM – 3:30 AM
???? 6:30 PM – 4:30 PM
???? 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
