**Position Overview:**
We are looking for a meticulous Senior Operations Analyst to join our international insurance project team. This role is open to recent graduates and undergraduates with strong English communication skills, excluding those with engineering degrees (BE/BTEC) or postgraduate qualifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a drive for operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Analyze operational processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
– Collaborate with various teams to implement best practices across operations.
– Prepare and present reports on key performance metrics and operational outcomes.
– Support project management efforts to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
– Address and resolve operational challenges to improve service delivery.

**Requirements:**

– Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate (non-engineering, non-PG).
– Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
– Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage but not required.

**Compensation:**
Salary up to 30,000 TH (based on previous salary).

**Working Conditions:**

– 5 days a week with weekends (Saturday & Sunday) off.
– Transportation provided both ways.

**Available Shifts:**

– 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM
– 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
– 5:30 PM – 3:30 AM
– 6:30 PM – 4:30 PM
– 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
