We are looking for dynamic **Inside Sales Executives** to join our **Surgery Department** team! If you have experience in **sales, telesales, inside sales, or upselling**, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. The role involves engaging with customers, promoting surgical products, and achieving sales targets. If you’re passionate about healthcare and sales, we want you!

🔑 **Key Responsibilities:**
– 📞 **Outbound calls** to potential clients to generate sales leads
– 🏥 Promote and sell **surgical products/services**
– 🔄 Follow up with clients and provide product information
– 💡 Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers
– 🎯 Meet daily and weekly sales targets
– 📊 Maintain records in the CRM

**Skills & Qualifications:**
– **Languages Required:** English and Hindi (Mandatorily) 🇬🇧🇮🇳
– 💼 **Sales experience** (sales, telesales, inside sales) is preferred
– 🔝 Experience in **upselling** or outbound sales is a plus
– 🌱 **Freshers** are welcome
– 🎓 **Undergraduates** can apply
