**Job Description:**
We are seeking motivated Inside Sales Executives to join our Surgery Department team. The ideal candidates will have experience in sales, telesales, inside sales, or upselling, and will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting surgical products/services, and closing sales.

– **Key Responsibilities:**
– Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads
– Promote and sell surgical products and services effectively
– Follow up with clients and provide necessary information
– Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers
– Meet daily/weekly sales targets
– Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM

**Skills & Qualifications:**
– **Languages Required:** English and Hindi (Mandatorily)
– Prior experience in sales, telesales, or inside sales preferred
– Upselling or outbound sales experience is a plus
– Freshers are welcome to apply
– Undergraduate candidates can also apply

**Salary:**
– Freshers: ₹3 LPA
– Experienced candidates: Up to ₹5 LPA

**Work Schedule:**
– 6 days a week with 1 rotational off
– Day shift
