**Job Description**:
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as **Customer Support Executives**. This role is ideal for those who enjoy helping others and providing solutions. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. You’ll be working in a supportive environment, where strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
**Responsibilities**:
– Assist customers with their inquiries and provide clear solutions
– Handle customer issues efficiently and professionally
– Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely resolution
– Track and maintain detailed records of customer interactions
– Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction
**Salary**:
– **Freshers**: ₹18,000 to ₹22,000 per month
– **Experienced**: ₹26,000 per month + ₹200 daily shift allowance (approx. ₹4,000/month)
**Shift**: US Shift
