We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as **Customer Support Executives**. In this role, you will assist customers with their queries, provide solutions, and ensure a great experience for all clients. **Key Responsibilities**:
– Respond to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions ๐ค
– Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner โฑ๏ธ
– Troubleshoot and assist with product or service-related concerns ๐ ๏ธ
– Ensure complete customer satisfaction and follow up when necessary ๐
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions ๐
**Salary**:
– **Freshers**: โน18,000 to โน22,000 per month ๐ธ
– **Experienced**: โน26,000 per month + โน200 per day shift allowance (approx. โน4,000/month) ๐ฐ
**Shift**: US Shift ๐
