**Job Description**:
We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as Customer Support Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless experience. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, assisting customers through phone, email, or chat, and offering solutions to their concerns. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are key to success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:
– Handle customer inquiries and provide effective solutions
– Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely manner
– Assist in troubleshooting customer problems and queries
– Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

**Salary**:
– Freshers: ₹18,000 to ₹22,000 per month
– Experienced: ₹26,000 per month + ₹200 daily shift allowance (approx. ₹4,000/month)

**Shift Timing**: US Shift
