We are looking for a **Customer Support Executive** to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for both **freshers** and those with **prior experience** in customer support. You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional service, addressing customer queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
๐ **Customer Interaction:** Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring all queries are resolved efficiently.
๐ค **Customer Support:** Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers through processes.
๐ฌ **Documentation:** Maintain records of customer interactions and track service issues.
๐ **Collaboration:** Work with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
**Qualifications & Requirements:**
๐ **Education:** PUC or above.
๐ถ **Freshers:** No prior experience required.
๐ผ **Experience:** Previous customer support experience is a plus.
๐ฃ๏ธ **Skills:** Strong communication skills in English, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first attitude.
**Compensation:**
๐ฐ **Fresher Salary:** โน18,000 to โน22,000 TH per month.
๐ต **Experienced Salary:** โน26,000 TH per month + โน200 daily shift allowance (โน4,000 monthly).
**Working Hours:**
๐ **Shift:** US shift timings.
