**Location:**
Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, Near Brookefield, Bangalore.

**Shift Timings:**
We offer 3 fixed US shifts:
– 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
– 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
– 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

**Working Days:**
Monday to Friday (5 days)
**Weekend Off:** Saturday & Sunday (fixed)

**Salary & Benefits:**
– **For candidates with 0-17 months of experience:** ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month
– **For candidates with 18+ months of experience:** Up to ₹30,000 per month
– **Variable Pay:** Up to ₹5,500 based on performance

**Transport Assistance:**
– For candidates near metro stations: You will receive reimbursement for one-way metro travel, with free cab service for the return journey.
– For candidates living further away, both-way cab service will be provided at no cost.

**Interview Process:**
There will be 3 rounds of interviews to assess your skills and fit for the role.

**Job Requirements:**
1) Only **graduates** (Please note: BE, BTech, or Master’s degree holders are not eligible)
2) Excellent **English communication skills** are a must
3) **Previous experience** in a customer support or voice process is preferred
