**Job Opportunity: US Voice Process Associate (Insurance)**

Job Description

**Location:**
– Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, near Brookefield

**Shift Details:**
– Fixed US shifts:
– 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
– 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
– 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

**Work Schedule:**
– Monday to Friday (5 days)
– Fixed weekends off (Saturday and Sunday)

**Compensation:**
– For candidates with 0 – 17 months of experience: **₹20,000 – ₹22,000 TH**
– For candidates with 18+ months of experience: **Up to ₹30,000 TH**
– **Variable Pay:** Additional compensation up to **₹5,500**

**Transportation:**
– Candidates residing near the metro can travel one way via metro (reimbursement provided); return journey via free cabs.
– For other candidates, two-way cab service is provided.

**Interview Process:**
– Candidates will undergo three rounds of interviews.

**Qualifications:**
1. **Education:** Graduates only (excludes BE, B.Tech, and Master’s degrees)
2. **Communication Skills:** Must have excellent proficiency in English
3. **Experience:** Relevant experience in voice processes is required
