We are currently hiring for the position of **International Voice Support** at **IntouchCX**.

**Job Description:**
– **Role:** International Voice Support Associate
– **Company:** IntouchCX
– **Job Type:** Full-time
– **Work Schedule:** 5 working days (Monday to Friday), 2 days off
– **Location:** Hennur (Interview process at E-City)
– **Salary:** Up to ₹28,000-30,000 take-home per month
– **Age Limit:** Below 32 years
– **Cab Facility:** Two-way cab provided
– **Shift:** Rotational shifts
– **Work Environment:** Customer support for international clients in a voice-based process

**Key Requirements:**
– **Education:** PUC and above
– **Experience:** Minimum 6 months of experience in International voice support
– **Skills:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in handling customer queries over the phone
– **Age:** Maximum age limit of 32 years
– **Location:** Candidates must be willing to work from the Hennur location (E-City for interviews)

**Interview Process:**
1. **HR Round:** Basic screening and job fitment
2. **Voice & Accent Round (VnA):** Evaluation of English language proficiency and accent
3. **Operations Round:** Role-specific questions and assessment
