Job Description

**Location**: Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, near Brookefield.

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for candidates to join our US voice process team focused on the insurance sector. This role involves handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional service.

**Shift Details**:
– **Fixed US Shifts**:
– 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
– 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
– 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

**Work Schedule**:
– **Days**: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
– **Off Days**: Saturday and Sunday

**Salary Structure**:
– For candidates with 0-17 months of experience: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 Take Home
– For those with 18+ months of experience: Up to ₹30,000 Take Home
– Additional **Variable Pay**: Up to ₹5,500

**Transportation Details**:
– Candidates living near the metro are required to travel one way by metro (reimbursement will be provided) and will have free cab service for the return trip.
– For all other candidates, a 2-way cab service is provided.

**Interview Process**:
– The selection will involve three rounds of interviews.

**Requirements**:
1. Graduates only (No BE, BTech, or Master’s candidates)
2. Strong English communication skills
3. Relevant work experience
