**Location**: Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, near Brookefield.

**Job Description**:
We are seeking candidates for a US voice process in the insurance sector. The role involves assisting customers with their inquiries and providing excellent service. You will be part of a dynamic team and must be comfortable working in a fixed shift environment.

**Shift Details**:
– Fixed US Shifts:
– 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
– 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
– 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

**Work Schedule**:
– Monday to Friday (5 working days)
– Fixed weekends off (Saturday and Sunday)

**Compensation**:
– **0-17 months experience**: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 Take Home
– **18+ months experience**: Up to ₹30,000 Take Home
– **Variable Pay**: Up to ₹5,500

**Transportation**:
– For candidates near the metro: One-way travel will be by metro (reimbursement provided), with free cabs for the return journey.
– For other candidates: 2-way cab facility is available.

**Interview Process**:
– Three rounds of interviews

**Requirements**:
1. Graduates only (No BE, BTech, or Master’s candidates)
2. Excellent English communication skills
3. Relevant experience in a similar role
