**Job Description**:
We are seeking motivated individuals to provide exceptional customer support for our airline process. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
– Assist customers with queries related to airline services.
– Provide timely and accurate information to enhance the customer experience.
– Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions.
**Qualifications**:
๐ **Education**: PUC or higher
๐ฃ๏ธ **Language Requirement**: Excellent command of English
๐ผ **Experience**: Minimum 6-12 months in International Voice Support
**Compensation**:
๐ฐ **Salary**: Up to 28k CTC, with 24k take-home
**Work Schedule**:
โฐ **Shift Details**: 5 Days Working, 2 Days Off; Rotational shifts
๐ **Cab Facility**: 2-way cab service provided
