**Job Description:**
As a **Customer Support Executive** in the airline process, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries related to airline services, bookings, and related concerns. You will be the point of contact for international customers, ensuring excellent service and resolving any issues efficiently. The role requires clear communication and a strong customer service orientation to meet performance targets.
**π° Salary:**
– Up to βΉ28,000 CTC
– βΉ24,000 take-home per month
**β° Shift Details:**
– 5 days working, 2 days off (Rotational shifts)
– Flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones
**π Cab Facility:**
– 2-way cab provided for convenience
