Hiring for US Voice Process (Insurance)

**Location:** Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, near Brookefield

**Job Description:**
We are seeking candidates for a US voice process focused on insurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and communication to our clients.

**Shift Details:**
– Three fixed US shifts:
– 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
– 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
– 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

**Work Schedule:**
– Monday to Friday (5 days)
– Fixed weekends off (Saturday and Sunday)

**Compensation:**
– 0 – 17 months of experience: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 Take Home
– 18+ months of experience: up to ₹30,000 Take Home
– Variable pay: up to ₹5,500

**Transportation:**
– Candidates living near the metro will travel one way by metro (reimbursement provided) and receive free cab service for the return trip.
– For other candidates, two-way cab service is provided.

**Interview Process:**
– 3 Rounds:
1. HR Interview
2. Versant Assessment
3. Operations Interview

**Requirements:**
1. Graduates only (No BE, BTech, or Master’s candidates)
2. Excellent English communication skills
3. Relevant experience in a voice process
