We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our **International Voice Process** at InTouchCX. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers from various international locations, providing solutions, answering queries, and ensuring a top-notch service experience.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
– Handle incoming and outgoing calls for international clients with professionalism.
– Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
– Uphold the company’s customer service standards by delivering effective communication.
– Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high-quality service levels.

### **Eligibility Criteria:**
– **Education:** Minimum PUC (Pre-University Certificate) or higher.
– **Experience:** At least 6 months of experience in an international voice process (customer support).
– **Age:** Candidates up to 32 years of age.
– **Location:** The position is based in Electronic City (E-city), Bangalore.

### **Shift Timings & Work Schedule:**
– **Work Schedule:** 5 days of work with 2 days off every week.
– **Shift Details:** Rotational shifts, subject to business requirements.

### **Compensation & Perks:**
– **Salary:** Up to ₹28,000 to ₹30,000 take-home per month.
– **Cab Facility:** Two-way cab provided for all employees.
