Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, Near Brookefield, Bangalore.

⏰ **Shift Timings:**
We offer 3 fixed US shifts:
– ???? 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
– ???? 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
– ???? 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

???? **Work Days:**
Monday to Friday (5 days)
**Weekend Off:** Saturday & Sunday (????)

???? **Salary Details:**
– **0-17 months experience:** ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month
– **18+ months experience:** Up to ₹30,000 per month
– **Variable Pay:** Up to ₹5,500 based on performance ????

???? **Transportation Benefits:**
– Near metro? Reimbursement for one-way metro travel ????️, with free cab service for the return ????
– For others, two-way cab services are provided ????

???? **Interview Process:**
3 rounds of interviews (????)

**Requirements:**
1) **Graduates only** (No BE, BTech, or Master’s degree holders) ????
2) **Excellent English communication skills** ????️
3) **Prior experience** in a customer service or voice process role ????‍????
