**???? Location:**
Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, near Brookefield.

**⏰ Shift Timings (Fixed US Shifts):**
– **5:30 PM – 2:30 AM**
– **6:30 PM – 3:30 AM**
– **8:30 PM – 5:30 AM**

**????️ Work Schedule:**
– **Monday to Friday** (5 working days)
– **Fixed weekends off:** Saturday and Sunday

**???? Salary & Benefits:**
– **0 to 17 months experience:** ₹20,000 to ₹22,000 TH
– **18+ months experience:** Up to ₹30,000 TH
– **Variable pay:** Up to ₹5,500

**???? Transportation:**
– For candidates **near the metro**, **one-way metro** travel is reimbursed, and the **return journey** will be via **free cab**.
– For candidates **not near the metro**, **2-way cab service** is provided.

**???? Interview Process:**
3 rounds of interviews.

**???? Requirements:**
1. **Graduates only** (No BE, BTech, or Master’s candidates).
2. **Excellent English communication skills**.
3. **Experience** in customer support or US voice process is a plus.
