We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Medical Insurance Voice Process team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries related to medical insurance, provide information, and assist with claims processing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Eligibility**:
– Freshers are welcome to apply (Graduates and Undergraduates)

**Salary**:
– **Annual**: ₹2.35 LPA
– **Monthly**: ₹21,631 take-home

**Position Details**:
– **Work Location**: Ecity (Chamundi Towers)
– **Shift**: US Shift (Night rotational)
– **Working Days**: 5 days a week (fixed off on Saturdays and Sundays)
– **Transportation**: Two-way cab service available within an 18-20 km radius

**Interview Process**:
1️⃣ L1 – HR Recruiter
2️⃣ L2 – SVAR Test (Minimum score: 60)
3️⃣ L3 – Voice and Accent (V&A)
4️⃣ L4 – Operations Round
