π **Position:** Customer Support Executive β Airline Process π
**π Location:** Manyata Tech Park, Bengaluru
**π Educational Qualification:**
– PUC (Pre-University Course) or higher
**π£οΈ Language Proficiency:**
– Excellent spoken and written English is a must
**πΌ Job Experience:**
– Minimum of 6 to 12 months of experience in International Voice Support is required. Previous experience in handling customer inquiries and providing solutions for international clients will be an added advantage.
**π° Salary Package:**
– Up to βΉ28,000 CTC
– βΉ24,000 take-home salary
**β° Shift Details:**
– 5 working days per week
– 2 rotational days off
– Rotational shifts (including night shifts based on business requirements)
**π Transport Facility:**
– Free 2-way cab service (within a certain radius)

**π Interview Process:**
1. **HR Interview:** Initial screening to understand your background and fit for the role.
2. **Versant Test:** Language proficiency test to assess your English communication skills.
3. **Operations Round:** Evaluation based on process knowledge and customer support experience.
