**Job Description**:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals for the role of **Lead Generation**. The role involves generating leads, managing customer outreach, and driving sales within the EdTech industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, engaging with them to understand their needs, and assisting the sales team in converting leads into customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
– Generate leads through various channels (cold calling, email, social media, etc.).
– Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
– Maintain and update lead databases.
– Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
– Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead transition.
– Meet daily and weekly lead generation targets.

**Requirements**:
– **Education**: Any qualification.
– **Experience**: Previous experience in EdTech sales or lead generation is a plus.
– **Languages**: Proficiency in English & Hindi.
– **Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– **Salary**: Up to ₹33,000 take-home per month.
– **Shift**: 6 days working, with Sunday off.
– **Location**: Chokkanahalli, Thanisandra.
