**π« Process**: Customer Support for the Airline Industry
**π Location**: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore
**π Educational Qualification**: PUC (12th grade) and above
**π£οΈ Language Skills**: Excellent command over the English language (spoken and written)
**πΌ Work Experience**: Minimum 6 to 12 months in International Voice Support (preferably in customer service)
**π° Compensation**: Up to βΉ28,000 CTC, βΉ24,000 Take Home
**β° Shift Timings**: 5 working days with 2 days off; Rotational Shifts
**π Transportation**: Free 2-way cab facility provided
**π Interview Process**:
1. **HR Interview** β Initial screening for cultural fit and profile suitability
2. **Versant Test** β English proficiency assessment (written and spoken)
3. **Operations Round** β Assessment of process knowledge, technical abilities, and problem-solving
