**📍 Location:**
Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, near Brookefield.

**⏰ Shift Timings (Fixed US Shifts):**
– 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
– 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
– 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

**🗓️ Work Days:**
– **Monday to Friday** (5 working days)
– **Saturday & Sunday** are **fixed weekends off**.

**💰 Salary & Benefits:**
– **For 0 to 17 months experience:** ₹20,000 to ₹22,000 TH
– **For 18+ months experience:** Up to ₹30,000 TH
– **Variable Pay:** Up to ₹5,500 per month

**🚗 Transportation:**
– For candidates near the metro, **one-way metro travel** is reimbursed, and the return journey is covered by **free cab service**.
– For other candidates, **2-way cab service** is provided.

**📝 Interview Process:**
– 3 rounds of interviews.

**🎓 Requirements:**
1. **Graduates** only (No BE, BTech, or Master’s candidates).
2. **Excellent English communication** skills.
3. **Experience** in customer service or US voice process is a plus.
