**Job Description:**
We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team as **Lead Generation Specialists**. In this role, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads for our EdTech products and services, identifying potential clients, and nurturing relationships to drive business growth. You should have a solid understanding of the EdTech industry, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Hindi.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other outreach strategies to generate leads.
– Qualify leads based on criteria and set up appointments for the sales team.
– Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
– Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead conversion.
– Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status.
**Requirements:**
– **Education:** Any qualification is acceptable.
– **Experience:** Previous experience in EdTech sales or lead generation is preferred.
– **Languages:** Must be fluent in both English & Hindi.
– **Salary:** Up to ₹33,000 take-home per month.
– **Shift:** 6 days a week, Sunday off.
**Location:** Chokkanahalli, Thanisandra, Bangalore
**Interview Location:** *NJ Technologies Hennur Branch*
