As a **Broadband Customer Support** representative, your responsibilities will include:
– Providing troubleshooting support for broadband issues.
– Assisting customers with account-related queries and service information.
– Managing multiple chat conversations and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
– Escalating complex issues to the relevant team for resolution.
– Logging and following up on customer interactions.
