We are hiring Broadband Customer Support professionals for the chat process to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting related to broadband services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing timely and effective solutions through chat, ensuring high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
**Shift Timing**: UK Shift
**Working Days**: 5 working days, with 2 rotational offs
**Location**: Brookfield, Bangalore
**Salary**:
– **Freshers**: ₹21,000 per month (take-home)
– **Experienced**: Up to ₹23,000 per month (take-home) – Must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in International Chat Process
**Cab Facility**:
– **For Boys**: Round-trip, ₹2750 deduction
– **For Girls**: One-way, ₹1375 deduction
**Eligibility**:
– Freshers or candidates with at least 6 months of experience in an International Chat Process
**Job Responsibilities**:
– Handle customer queries related to broadband services through live chat
– Resolve technical issues, troubleshoot service-related problems, and provide information about broadband plans
– Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering efficient and accurate responses
– Meet daily and monthly performance targets for customer service
– Follow all company guidelines and procedures for chat support
