We are hiring for **Broadband Customer Support** in a **Chat Process** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via chat, providing support for broadband-related issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient communication and problem-solving.

**Shift**:
– **UK Shift** (Night shift to match UK business hours)

**Working Days**:
– 5 working days per week, with 2 rotational days off

**Location**:
– **Brookfield, Bangalore**

**Salary**:
– **For Freshers**: ₹21,000 take-home per month
– **For Experienced Candidates**: Up to ₹23,000 take-home per month (requires at least 6 months of experience in an International Chat Process)

**Cab Facility**:
– **For Boys**: Free two-way cab service (₹2750 deduction)
– **For Girls**: Free one-way cab service (₹1375 deduction)

**Eligibility**:
– **Freshers** and candidates with **International Chat Process experience** (minimum 6 months) are welcome to apply

**Interview Process**:
1️⃣ **HR Round**: Initial interview to assess your fit for the role
2️⃣ **Assessment**: Skill-based test to evaluate your suitability
3️⃣ **Operations Round**: Final round to assess your operational knowledge

**Interview Locations**:
– Walk-in interviews are being held at **Hennur & Koramangala** from Monday to Friday, between **10 AM and 12 PM**
