**Job Overview**:
We are hiring for the role of **Customer Support Executive** in a **Non-Voice Process**. As part of this role, you’ll handle customer inquiries and provide support through non-verbal communication channels such as email, chat, or other digital platforms. You will be expected to resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

**Compensation**:
– **Monthly Salary**: ₹19,000 take-home
– **Retention Bonus**: ₹15,000 (incentive for long-term retention)

**Shift Timings**:
– **US Rotational Shifts** (Night shifts to align with US business hours)

**Eligibility Criteria**:
– **Minimum Qualification**: PUC (Pre-University Course) or higher
– **Experience**: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates

**Work Schedule**:
– 5 working days per week
– 2 rotational days off
