Job Description

* Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our customers through various digital channels. Your role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

### **Key Responsibilities:**
– Assist customers via email and chat support.
– Resolve customer queries efficiently and accurately.
– Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
– Document and track customer interactions in the system.

### **Salary:**
– **Freshers & Experienced:** ₹19,000 take home
