We are looking for dedicated and friendly individuals to join our team as **Customer Support Executives** in a **Non-Voice Process**. You’ll be assisting customers via **email, chat, and other written communication channels**, ensuring fast and effective solutions for their inquiries. **Key Responsibilities**:
– Provide top-notch customer support through **non-voice** communication channels ????????
– Address customer inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner ????
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions ????
– Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer concerns and improve service quality ????
– Follow company procedures and guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction ✅
**Salary**:
– Freshers & Experienced: ₹19,000 take-home salary ????
– Additional ₹15,000 retention bonus upon meeting the terms ????
**Shift Details**:
– **US Rotational Shifts**, including night shifts ????
**Eligibility**:
– Minimum qualification: **PUC (Pre-University Course)** or above ????
– **Freshers & Experienced** candidates are welcome to apply ????
**Work Schedule**:
– **5 working days** a week with **2 rotational days off** ????
