### **π Job Description**:
As a **Broadband Customer Support** agent in the **Chat Process**, you will:
– Provide assistance and support for broadband services via live chat.
– Address customer queries, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions related to broadband and internet services.
– Ensure a seamless customer experience by managing multiple conversations effectively.
– Help customers with their account queries, service requests, and troubleshooting.
– Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams for further resolution.
