Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as **Broadband Customer Support Executives** in the **Chat Process**. This role offers an exciting opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates to work with a top-notch team and provide exceptional service to broadband customers through chat-based communication.

**???? Shift Timing**:
– **UK Shift** (Night shift to cater to UK clients)

**????️ Work Schedule**:
– 5 working days per week, with **2 rotational days off**

**???? Job Location**:
– **Brookfield, Bangalore**

**???? Salary Package**:
– **For Freshers**: ₹21,000 take-home per month
– **For Experienced Candidates**: Up to ₹23,000 take-home per month
*(Minimum of 6 months of experience in an International Chat Process is required for experienced candidates)*

**???? Cab Service**:
– **For Boys**: Free two-way cab service with ₹2750 deduction
– **For Girls**: Free one-way cab service with ₹1375 deduction

**???? Eligibility Criteria**:
– **Freshers** and individuals with at least **6 months of experience in an International Chat Process**

**???? Interview Process**:
1️⃣ **HR Round** – Meet with HR for an initial discussion
2️⃣ **Assessment Round** – Evaluate skills required for the role
3️⃣ **Operations Round** – Final round assessing practical job abilities

**???? Interview Locations**:
– Walk-in interviews are held at **Hennur** & **Koramangala** from **Monday to Friday**, between **10 AM and 12 PM**
