– **Freshers**: ₹21,000/month (take-home)
– **Experienced**: Up to ₹23,000/month (take-home)
*(Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Chat Process required)*

### **Cab Facility**:
– **For Boys**: Both ways, ₹2750 deduction
– **For Girls**: One-way, ₹1375 deduction

### **Eligibility**:
– Open to freshers and candidates with at least 6 months of experience in International Chat Support

### **Job Description**:
As a **Broadband Customer Support** representative in the chat process, you will be responsible for handling customer queries related to broadband services via live chat. Your role will include:
– Providing troubleshooting support for broadband issues.
– Assisting customers with account-related queries and service information.
– Managing multiple chat conversations while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
– Escalating complex issues to the relevant team for resolution.
– Ensuring that all interactions are logged and followed up as necessary.
