**Job Description**:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Broadband Customer Support team, focusing on providing exceptional service via chat. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Shift**: UK hours
**Working Days**: 5 days a week with 2 rotational days off
**Location**: Brookfield, Bangalore

**Salary**:
– **Freshers**: ₹21,000 take-home
– **Experienced**: Up to ₹23,000 take-home (minimum 6 months of experience in International Chat Process required)

**Cab Facility**:
– **Boys**: Round trip, ₹2,750 deduction
– **Girls**: One-way, ₹1,375 deduction

**Eligibility**:
– Open to freshers and candidates with at least 6 months of experience in an International Chat Process

**Interview Process**:
1️⃣ HR Round
2️⃣ Assessment
3️⃣ Operations Round

**Interview Locations**:
– Hennur & Koramangala, Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 12 PM
